If the SysOp has the "original" RBBS-PC, you can give him your custom
.EXE file, as long as your .EXE identifies itself in the VERSION
string, and you make sure the SysOp knows what he is getting. Don't
distribute FULL SOURCE of your mods, just release the .MRG files. We
want to make sure the sysop knows the difference between baseline and
your MODs. (so they don't come running to me when they have a
problem).
